Jerry Falwell Jr. is seeking dismissal over Liberty’s counterclaims in the United States District Court in the Western District of Virginia (Lynchburg Division).
There is a new development in a lawsuit filed by Jerry Falwell Jr. over allegations that Liberty University owes him unpaid retirement benefits.
Falwell claims the school owes him more than $8.5 million in denied retirement benefits after his time working as the president of the school.
Liberty said they were duped when they signed the retirement agreement because Falwell knew when he signed the deal that the story would break soon regarding his scandal involving a pool attendant.
