Miss Virginia 2021was crowned Friday night at Berglund Center in Roanoke. Tatum Sheppard, Miss Central Virginia, was crowned by Miss Virginia 2019-2020 Dot Kelly. Sheppard was awarded a $20,000 scholarship and a chance to become Miss America.
