AND SCOTT RAY PLEADS GUILTY

He was a burglar after all, Scott Ray pleads guilty to four counts of burglary and one count of stealing the prescription drug “Hydrocodone.” He faces up to 81 years in prison.

The former director of convocations at Liberty University faces up to 81 years in prison for breaking into a house and stealing prescription drugs.

Scott Alan Ray pled guilty Thursday morning in Campbell County Circuit Court to four counts of burglary and one count of stealing the prescription drug “Hydrocodone.”

Ray was accused of breaking into a house four separate times to steal painkillers.

He faces 20 years for each burglary charge and 12 months for the drug charge when he’s sentenced April 21.
