A Virginia appeals court has rejected Liberty University’s attempt to overturn President Obama’s health care reform law Thursday.
The three-judge panel today unanimously affirmed a lower court’s ruling dismissing the suit.
Liberty claimed that the law violates the school’s religious rights by requiring it to provide coverage for abortion-inducing drugs.
