LU acquires Falwell Airport

The Falwell cousins do some business and handovered Falwell Airport to Liberty University. The Aviation program will have access facilities and won’t have to worry about a potential aviation facility planned to be build in Campbell County. Former LU ProfessorMoon, is seeking access to his former student’s facebook records who is accusing him of inappropriately touching her. Moon’s lawyer says that information she posted and exchanged on her Facebook account would show she spent the weekend before the test at the beach with friends, and not diligently studying. The Facebook page would also show her rock climbing, possibly contradicting her claim that she had back pain.

The Lynchburg judge will not allow access to the Facebook records. Moon, who’s not being jailed, is scheduled for a two-day jury trial starting Jan. 25. You can read the rest of the story here.

Danny Rocco has been mentioned in the rumor mill to become Marshall University’s new football coach. The search party has begun and he’s been mentioned among with other coaches like the Bowden brothers to name a few.
