Former LU ProfessorMoon, is seeking access to his former student’s facebook records who is accusing him of inappropriately touching her. Moon’s lawyer says that information she posted and exchanged on her Facebook account would show she spent the weekend before the test at the beach with friends, and not diligently studying. The Facebook page would also show her rock climbing, possibly contradicting her claim that she had back pain.
The Lynchburg judge will not allow access to the Facebook records. Moon, who’s not being jailed, is scheduled for a two-day jury trial starting Jan. 25. You can read the rest of the story here.
