Horton&rsquo;s 2 home run day helped the Flames reach a school record for 8 in a single-game, as a part of the 25-9 win. The 7-inning rout also accounts for Liberty&rsquo;s 1st series win in Conference USA, in which they joined from the Atlantic Sun this season. In addition to the home runs, Horton went (3-4) with 3 runs, 5 RBI, and a walk.
