Thursday, LU was picked to finish tied for first with Middle Tennessee. The Flames are represented on the preseason all-league team by senior forward Kyle Rode. Rode averaged 11 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists per game last season. He scored a season-high 23 points in the ASUN title game to become the 31st 1,000-point scorer in program history. LU opens up their season on November 6th at 7pm at Liberty Arena against Mid Atlantic Christian.<br \/>\n&emsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"
