the United States District Court in the Western District of Virginia (Lynchburg Division).<\/p>\n<p>There is a new development in a lawsuit filed by Jerry Falwell Jr. over allegations that Liberty University owes him unpaid retirement benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Falwell claims the school owes him more than $8.5 million in denied retirement benefits after his time working as the president of the school.<\/p>\n<p>Liberty said they were duped when they signed the retirement agreement because Falwell knew when he signed the deal that the story would break soon regarding his scandal involving a
