After Ergun Caner was let go as Dean of the Seminary, Liberty has named Dr. Dan Mitchell as interim dean.<\/p>\n

LU’s Statement<\/a>:
\n“Dr. Dan Mitchell has been named interim dean of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School. Mitchell is currently an academic dean and professor of theology for the Seminary school and Liberty University Online.<\/p>\n

\u201cDan will provide a continuity of leadership from which the Seminary and the entire university will benefit,\u201d said Dr. Ron Godwin, acting provost and vice chancellor of Liberty.”<\/p>\n
