{"id":380,"date":"2009-06-25T05:15:50","date_gmt":"2009-06-25T10:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.libertystudentnews.com\/?p=1063"},"modified":"2009-07-06T14:03:42","modified_gmt":"2009-07-06T19:03:42","slug":"moon-is-going-before-a-grand-jury","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.libertystudentnews.com\/?p=380","title":{"rendered":"Moon is going before a Grand Jury"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wric.com\/global\/story.asp?s=10594494\" target=\"_blank\">AP:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A judge has ruled there is enough evidence against a former Liberty University professor accused of a sex crime to send the charge to a grand jury for consideration.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling came Wednesday after a preliminary hearing in Lynchburg General District Court for Joshua Young Moon on a charge of object sexual penetration by force.<\/p>\n<p>The conservative Christian school fired Moon after he was charged in April with the crime involving 1 of his students.<\/p>\n<p>The student, a rising senior, says she took a statistics class from Moon.<\/p>\n<p>She testified that Moon gave her pressure-point massages several times for chronic pain she suffered from a car wreck.
