Timothy M. Kaine is necessary to complete the<\/font><\/font><font face=\"verdana,arial,sans-serif\" size=\"2\"><font face=\"verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\" size=\"2\"> naming.<\/font><\/font> <font face=\"verdana,arial,sans-serif\" size=\"2\"><font face=\"verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\" size=\"2\">The section of U.S. 460 between the Monacan Bridge in Lynchburg and Wards Road in Campbell County will carry the name of Falwell, who died May 15 at the age of 73.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"verdana,arial,sans-serif\" size=\"2\"><font face=\"verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\" size=\"2\">The legislation was sponsored by Sen. Steve Newman, R-Lynchburg, with an endorsement in the House by Del.
