They have not released the identity of the student. <\/p>\n<p>A Liberty University student was killed after being shot by a Liberty University Emergency Services Officer early Tuesday morning, according to a report from Roanoke-based WDBJ.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting happened at Residential Annex II, a women\u2019s-only facility off-campus residence.<\/p>\n<p>The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating the incident where a male student was shot and killed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lynchburg Police have confirmed that a male Liberty University student was killed in a shooting at the Residential Annex.
