Liberty University and the Virginia School of Arts have created a joint venture called the Lynchburg Education Broadband Joint Venture\u00a0with the goal of\u00a0developing a\u00a0wireless broadband internet service to the Lynchburg region.\u00a0 This effort has resulted in an Request for Proposal to develop four EBS license channels into a WiMax broadband service.\u00a0 The Joint Venture has secured the services of Airewire, a management consulting and engineering firm, to coordinate the RFP.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
