After three-and-a-half years of talks with the railroad, they’re just waiting for some final paperwork to go through. After that, the tunnel itself takes just 10 days to dig it’ll cost $2 million dollars.
The tunnel and the Wards Road pedestrian bridge are both expected to be complete this Fall when students return to campus.
