Liberty Flames Soar Past Campbell Camels 41-24

Liberty secured a 41-24 victory over Campbell in the season opener, with QB Kaiden Salter throwing for 242 yards and two touchdowns, plus another 48 yards rushing. The Flames, favorites in Conference USA, built a 17-10 halftime lead and outscored the Camels 24-14 in the second half to clinch the win. This was Braxton Harris’s first game as head coach for Campbell, who initially led in the second quarter before Liberty pulled ahead. The Flames showcased strong offensive performance, amassing a total of 533 yards, compared to Campbell’s 269 yards.
