Liberty University facing another DOE investigation

Liberty University is under a new investigation by the Department of Education for a potential Title VI violation related to national origin discrimination involving religion. Title VI prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in federally funded programs. This investigation follows a recent $14 million settlement the university paid in March for Clery Act violations. The university has not yet responded to inquiries about the investigation.
