Liberty University, historically known for its blend of politics and the student honor code, is undergoing changes under President Dr. Dondi Costin’s leadership. Costin, unlike his predecessors, aims to distance the university from politics while maintaining its mission of “Training Champions for Christ.” He plans to update the Student Honor Code, known as the Liberty Way, to reflect a more grace-based approach without altering behavioral standards. Costin’s vision is to uphold the school’s values while fostering a culture of personal development aligned with Christian principles.
