Liberty University officials are looking for the person or persons who vandalized the L-U monogram on Candlers Mountain. They say at some point last night someone attempted to turn the “L” into an “F” with red spray paint. Liberty says the vandals were not successful. Crews have since turned the rocks over. They have not made a formal complaint to Lynchburg Police, but are investigating it themselves.
