Federal Judge Approves Liberty University’s Motion to Dismiss Lawsuit by Former Executive Employee

A lawsuit involving Liberty University and a former executive employee is now dismissed.

A federal court judge granted Liberty’s motion for voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit filed by Liberty University’s former Vice President of Communications, Scott Lamb.

In 2021, Lamb sued the school, claiming they fired him because he called out the leadership for alleged Title IX violations. However, LU insisted his termination was a result of Lamb’s mismanagement.
