Jerry Falwell Jr. appeared in Lynchburg Federal District court Tuesday for a hearing on the lawsuit he filed, claiming Liberty University owes him millions of dollars in retirement payments.
Liberty University wants the case dismissed.
The judge has not made a decision yet, but on Tuesday attorneys on both sides presented their arguments before the court.
