Athletic Director Ian McCaw said what they have been planning for Saturday’s tribute.
“They’ll be carrying the Virginia State Flag out with the team as they take the field. They’ll also have a decal that the other in-state football programs are going to be wearing on their helmets on Saturday as well. And then we’ll be passing out 20,000 stickers to fans as they arrive at the stadium that says ‘United with the Hoos'”, said McCaw.
