Former LU employee, Scott Ray , who admitted to stealing prescription drugs from four homes in Campbell County, will be sentenced Wednesday afternoon.
Scott Ray pleaded guilty to the charges back in February could get more than 80 years in prison.
It all began when a homeowner on Spring Oaks Drive caught him on videotape stealing the drugs. Prosecutors say the other homeowners came forward after seeing it.
Back in January, he pleaded guilty in Lynchburg to charges of trespassing. His 12 month sentence was suspended in that case.
