He was sentenced today to serve 180 days behind bars for aggravated sexual battery.
““I am truly sorry for what I have done,“ Moon said.
“I wish I could go back and do things differently.“
His lawyer, Randy Trost, said there was no violence or intent to hurt the victim.
Trost said Moon had misread social cues from previous massages and help he was giving her on tests.
Trost said Moon was “socially and sexually naive.“
Moon’s full sentence was five years in prison, but a judge suspended all but 180 days.”
