LU football player among 2 charged with burglarizing high school construction site

Two 22-year-olds have been charged with breaking into a local school.

The Roanoke County Police Department said officers saw a vehicle parked in front of Cave Spring High School on March 10 around 1:30 a.m. near the construction fence.

They said there was a gap in between the fence so they conducted a security check of the construction site of the school.

Police said they found Zachary Foutz, from Roanoke, and Beau Carter, from Kents Store, inside the school area.
