The Lynchburg Police issued more details of Scott Ray’s arrest of breaking and entering. This one happened on August 20th in a Lynchburg home. He was previously charged by Campbell County involving 4 homes.
“Lynchburg Police Department Capt. Brandon Zuidema says 43-year-old Scott Alan Ray was charged Monday with breaking and entering. The new charge stems from a break-in on Aug. 20 at a house in Lynchburg.
Ray was indicted earlier this month on four counts of statutory burglary involving four homes in Campbell County and one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug.
He is being held without bond in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail.”
