Stafford County investigators say 22-year-old Jamison Gibbs was having sexual conversations with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl, but was really an investigator.
Investigators say Gibbs was specific about what he wanted to do with the girl in conversations that go back to October. Gibbs is being held in the Lynchburg City Jail, waiting to be transferred to Stafford County to face charges.
