  1. You know, Kevin called himself a “Christian” but said he wasn’t born again. He’s not a Christian. Who cares if he changed his mind on anything? If God hasn’t saved Him then he’s not in any better position than what he was before. There are only two categories of people… those whom God has saved and those whom God has not saved… nothing in the middle.

You should have pushed him on his beliefs… not acted like its cool that he changed his views on some things (even though he’s not saved). “I think you have a great heart”? He’s actually has a sinful heart, like the rest of us. You gave a false convert assurance that he’s all cool… when if he died when you did the interview, he would be going to hell. Call that mean, but its the truth.

I know you said something like it was a tough question, but how in the world can a non-Christian evaluate evangelism methods? It only matters what God says about it, not what non-believers think would work the best. It’s about the Law and the Gospel (not the “Four Spiritual Laws” anyway). God does the saving, not the method, but the method should be biblical.

Thanks for doing the interview though.
