Liberty University has bought the Nationwide Insurance call center on Graves Mill Road.
Nationwide announced earlier this year that it would relocate 340 positions and sell its property.
LU plans to move its “Liberty University Online” operation to Graves Mill facility. Those positions are currently housed at River Ridge Mall.
Liberty plans to retain its mall property and recruit a new retailer to fill the space, which was owned and occupied by Sears until early 2013. Nationwide will lease the Graves Mill building from Liberty until all of its jobs are moved next year.
