Another suspect has turned himself in after the shooting of a former Liberty University football player. 21-year-old Ricky Parrish is the fifth person charged in the shooting of Reginald “Shay” Nicholson. He is charged with assault and battery by mob and gang participation. Nicholson was shot near the campus of James Madison University two weeks ago. He’s still in critical condition.
