The Lynchburg man charged with threatening Jerry Falwell, Jr. in an Internet blog is scheduled for court Tuesday afternoon. 56 year old Berkley Mills is charged with sending a threatening letter. He’s also charged with sending threatening emails to a reporter with the News and Advance because the reporter quoted him without telling him they were on the record.
