Three men have been arrested for the shooting of Reginald “Shay” Nicholson in Harrisonburg. Here is the news release from Harrisonburg police:
The Harrisonburg Police Department has made several arrests in relation to the shooting in the 1300 block of Bradley Drive on Nov. 9.
Individuals arrested and their charges:
Gregory Baker, 20, of 407 Toms Road Ruckersville, VA
- Assault and battery by mob
- Gang participation
Jahmaine Faqiri, 18, of 23 Thomas Court Ruckersville, VA
- Assault and battery by mob
- Gang participation
- Brandishing a firearm
Demonds Parrish, 19, of 520 Locust Lane Ruckersville, VA
- Assault and battery by mob
- Gang participation
This incident is still actively under investigation and additional arrests are pending.
