Small excavators are in the tunnels at Liberty University digging out the dirt.
The dirt is put on a conveyer belt that dumps it outside.
The 4.2 million pound concrete boxes are being pulled through the ground by hydraulic pumps.
You won’t be able to see through the tunnel from the Wards Road side until December.
