Kirk Cameron’s latest film made makes $2 million in one night.
Unstoppable premiered on 700 screens and sold about 150,000 tickets, making it the most successful event in the history of Colorado entertainment company NCM Fathom.
“We were hoping for good numbers but weren’t expecting this to be quite so exciting,” Cameron told The Hollywood Reporter.
The film was also screened at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. The sold out showing had 10,000 people in attendance. Guests were treated to musical performances, as well as a Q&A with Cameron himself.
