Charlie Skalaski, who was Liberty University’s football recruiting coordinator and wide receivers coach, has left the Flames coaching staff to join new Jacksonville Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey’s staff.
Skalaski was one of two assistant coaches that new LU coach Turner Gill retained off the previous staff. Marshall Roberts was the other. Skalaski has been at Liberty since 2003, when he worked under Ken Karcher as tight ends coach.
