The Lynchburg Police Department has released new details into the arrest of a Liberty University football player on abduction charges.
Police said officers responded to a home in the 1300 block of Wards Ferry Road around 2:39 a.m. Wednesday, October 24 for an unknown call for service from a woman.
The adult female victim told police she got into an argument with her boyfriend and it escalated.
