Lynchburg Communications confirms a Liberty University student was hit near campus Thursday evening.
Police say the student was hit while crossing the crosswalk on Liberty Mountain Dr. near Liberty’s East Campus. Police say a female driver couldn’t see the pedestrian in the crosswalk and hit the student.
