Dr. Elmer Towns has written more than 200 books. But now at age 82, he’s released his first-ever sports fiction novel titled “Grandpa Pitched for the Cubs.”
Towns will throw out the first pitch at Saturday night’s Hillcats game. His new sports mystery will be offered for sale and Towns will autograph copies.
